The Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Community of Practice (EDI CoP) serves as a space for student affairs professionals to engage in conversations about equity in our professional practice. We encourage members to share best or emerging practices for supporting students from marginalized communities, discuss equity initiatives and challenges on Canadian post-secondary campuses, and critically examine the student affairs profession itself. EDI CoP members include professionals who are doing equity work, as well as those interested in building their EDI competency.
