Access CACUSS Institutes For Your Team

CACUSS offers a variety of institutes designed to support the growth and development of professionals in student affairs. Our institutes equip staff with the competencies, insights, and practical knowledge necessary to navigate the evolving landscape of post-secondary education. Investing in staff professional development (PD) is essential for fostering growth, improving morale, and enhancing overall performance within an institution.

Now, you can access CACUSS-owned institute curriculums and host in-person events at your institution! This opportunity allows you to save significantly on long-term costs while delivering high-impact, interactive learning experiences that boost engagement and retention.

How It Works

1. Host on Your Campus

Using your own Facilitators, access our Facilitator Guides to host the curriculum at your selected institute. This provides a tailored learning experience at your institution to be delivered in-person or virtually.

2. Collaborate Regionally

Invite nearby institutions to collaborate, creating a regional impact. By hosting events jointly, institutions can expand their reach and benefit from shared learning experiences.

3. Facilitator Option

CACUSS can provide a facilitator for an additional cost or offer a coach to support your facilitator(s). This ensures smooth delivery of content and enhances the overall learning experience.

Ideal for new professionals (1-5 years in the field), this institute equips participants with essential competencies, insights, and real-world problem-based learning. It provides the knowledge and skills necessary for navigating today's post-secondary education landscape with confidence.
