This event is for current and past Empower Mentorship Program participants. Thursday, September 26, 2024 at 11am-12:15pm PT // 2-3pm ET. There will be an optional 15 minute networking breakout room after the first hour of the session.
“Needs-based Mentorship: Matching What You Need with What You Do” examines how conventional mentorship arrangements may not meet everyone’s needs equally. It explores ways to adapt conversations to better support diverse mentorship goals, including identifying barriers and facilitating activities to assess program effectiveness. The presentation also addresses challenges in maintaining and implementing needs-based mentorship relationships. Meet our facilitator!
