March’s Focus Topic: Neurodivergence in Student Conduct Work
We’ll explore how to approach student conduct through a lens that honors neurological diversity, including ADHD, autism, anxiety, and other cognitive differences. Together, we’ll consider:
- How do neurodivergent students experience conduct processes?
- What adjustments or supports can make these processes more equitable and effective?
- How can we train staff and student leaders to recognize and respond to neurodivergence with care?
Whether you’re navigating complex cases, designing educational sanctions, or shaping policy language, this session will help us move toward more compassionate, responsive, and inclusive conduct practices.
Let’s continue building a community where every student feels seen, supported, and empowered. Register here: https://us06web.zoom.us/meeting/register/N4ZQVzY9Q3Ob0AM2Ad9Cuw ______________________________________________________________
