As we conclude another year in our mission to end gender-based and sexualized violence on Canadian post-secondary campuses and beyond, let’s gather as colleagues of conscience to reflect together. 

• What have been our highlights and frustrations?
• What are things we want to preserve as we prepare for next academic year? 
• What should/will we let go of that no longer serves? 
• What do we believe is or isn’t achievable in this work, and how is that reflected in what we are doing, have done, and/or intend to do as we continue on?

In this last meeting of the year, we will come together in community to take stock of our achievements and unfinished business, tensions and possibilities, and ways to preserve our integrity and wellbeing.  We look forward to a resolute and restorative time together.
