Our learners are different after the pandemic. We are different after the pandemic. This session will review feedback from first-year students regarding their educational experience, their barriers and some things to consider when supporting new students' needs after spending two years online. We will review our assessments and findings from our focus groups and surveys of first-year students to get a better understanding of their unique needs for success. This session will also acknowledge how innovative and resilient we are as professionals and how to continue to take care of ourselves as we continue to meet students where they are at.
