Canadian Student Conduct Summit 2026: Ethics, Equity, and Emerging PracticeA National Virtual GatheringCanadian post-secondary institutions are navigating increasingly complex student conduct and community response realities shaped by AI-related misconduct, accessibility considerations, polarization, digital harm, protest and freedom of expression concerns, and heightened institutional expectations. Professionals responsible for student conduct, community standards, conflict response, and student accountability are balancing student development, ethics, institutional risk, and operational realities within rapidly evolving environments. The Canadian Student Conduct Summit 2026 brings together practitioners from across Canada to explore practical, evidence-informed approaches to contemporary student conduct practice through applied learning, peer exchange, and national dialogue. Session topics and the full program will be announced following the conclusion of the Call for Proposals and presenter selection process. This section will be updated once proposals have been finalized to reflect the breadth of emerging issues, innovative practices, and practical strategies that will be explored throughout the summit. This three half-day virtual summit is designed for professionals working in student conduct, community standards, conflict response, student accountability, residence life, student affairs, case management, and related areas who are seeking practical strategies, contemporary perspectives, and opportunities to connect with colleagues from across Canada.
