• An introduction from the Co-Chairs for the 2026-27 LECoP and brief discussion of our main priorities for the year;

  • Re-engaging the LECoP Membership

  • Offering tangible resources and practices to a wide range of Leadership Educators

  • Have monthly touchpoints for connection, networking, and problem solving

• An opening low-barrier get-to-know-you activity for folks to meet other LECoP members;

• Insight into what folks can expect from the LECoP over the next couple of months;

• An open discussion on integrating realistic Professional Development into your work. Topics including:

  • Professional development tools and resources suitable for high workload roles,

  • Tangible strategies to facilitate professional growth for yourself and the students you support.
