I support post-secondary institutions in strengthening student affairs practice through leadership development, program design, and research-informed decision making. My work focuses on building student engagement strategies, developing peer-led programs, and supporting the professionalization of student affairs and services.
I offer keynote presentations, workshops, and consultations that help institutions enhance student leadership programs, experiential learning opportunities, and transition supports. My sessions often focus on practical strategies for developing student leaders, strengthening cross-campus collaboration, and designing programs that promote belonging, engagement, and student success.
I also support institutions through program review, assessment design, and research translation. As a scholar-practitioner researching the professionalization of student affairs in Canada, I bring both practitioner and scholarly perspectives to help teams evaluate their initiatives, develop clear learning outcomes, and use evidence to inform program improvements.
My professional background includes leadership roles in student life, experiential learning, campus security, managing multi-staff teams, financial stewardship, overseeing large-scale student engagement initiatives, and developing institutional programs that support student leadership and community engagement.
I am particularly interested in supporting institutions seeking to strengthen leadership development, peer programs, and evidence-informed student affairs practice.
