As a senior leader in higher education, an innovative educator, and someone engaged in my communities, I bring more than 20 years of experience to this work. With a background in mental health and crisis response, work-integrated and experiential learning, community partnerships, leading change, as well as decolonization and building relationships with Indigenous communities as a settler on these lands, I am lit up by the opportunity to work with leaders, teams and organizations looking to put their best forward in a complex and ever-changing world. With a recent move across the country to trust the values alignment I felt with a new role, I am experiencing career alignment and encouraging the seizing of new opportunities! The chance to bring positive energy, support, and hope/possibility to others in their learning and development journey lights me up!
